Return Policy
What is Dragondoor.com’s return policy?
All products purchased on DragonDoor.com are protected by a 100% Unconditional, One-Year Risk-Free Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with any product, we’ll be happy to give you a prompt exchange or refund, as you wish. Simply return your purchase to us, and please let us know why you were dissatisfied—it will help us to provide better products and services in the future. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
What do I do if I get a defective item?
Contact customer service and we’ll immediately ship a replacement. Damaged or defective books and DVDs do not need to be returned, unless it’s a global product issue that we need to inspect and/or get back and return to the manufacturer in order to receive credit. Call 1-651-487-2180 or email

When will I get my refund?
Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
Cancellation Policy
Changing or Canceling a Dragon Door Order Before It Ships
Most orders you place on DragonDoor.com enter the shipping process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. Orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified.
